The selection process has three phases: Phase‑I Skill Test (screening on List “A” instrument; qualifying only), Phase‑II Band Vadana Test carrying 75 marks (60 marks trade test, 15 bonus marks for List “B” instruments), and Phase‑III Interview for 25 marks, followed by document verification and medical examination.
